FAQ

Q: Why choose WDR to assist our organization?
A: Experience, Affordability and Practicality.  Operating locally with low overhead, WDR provides practical expertise while keeping your project costs low.

Q: How does WDR handle a project?
A: We will provide a free in-person or phone consultation with you to understand the problem and mutually determine the need.  We will then send you a written proposal for services including detailed objectives, scope of services and either a total project cost or service rate.  If the proposal is accepted, the services will commence in a timely manner and you will be invoiced on a monthly basis for services completed. If preferred, services may also be provided through a part-time employment relationship.

Q: What kinds of services are provided by WDR?

The Analytical Component consists of assessing the present need, determining the desired objectives, identifying the resulting gap, agreeing on measurable outcomes, taking action to close the gap, and determining accountability through measured results.

The Human Component is just as critical and more challenging as it involves culture, departmental politics, personalities, conflicting goals, history, trust, fear and resistance to change.  Click on the article Tips on Overcoming Employee Resistance to a New Industrial Training Program to get a better feel for our approach to some of the human issues.
